Selections - select none 7 Layers - duplicate Image - resize : 80%

9 Layers - duplicate Image - resize: 80%
Layers - merge - merge down 3 x 10 With the magic wand tool - select this part from inside - featcher at 0
11 Apply a new layer and then a solid color Mine was #2c3f77 12 Open your misted - edit copy and past into within the selected part Selections - select none 13 Visualize your layer - copy of Raster 1 M.E - Unlimited 2.0 - VM Extravaganza - Transmission In as shown the screenshot below
Give a colorize to taste 14 Click on the layer 15 Open and copy your misted text Paste as new layer To taste a colorize 16 With the Pic Tool adjust on the side right 17 Image - add border 1 px - #091b22 10 px - #ffffff Selections - select all 18 Image - add border 50 px - #ffffff 19 Effects - 3D - drop shadow - black 0/0/100/15.94 - #000000 Selections - select none 20 Select this last border with the magic wand
